File: November 09 Subluxation Flyer.pdf
The term subluxation refers to abnormal function of the spine and tissues surrounding the spine. Sometimes these dysfunctions can be mechanical, sometimes they are structural and sometimes they involve tissues such as nerves, ligaments, muscles, and joints. Because subluxations can be caused by physical, chemical and emotional traumas, they are often overlooked until they become symptomatic or painful. Unfortunately by the time these dysfunctions start causing pain, a lot of damage may have already occured. That's why this month's newsletter focuses on preventing spinal subluxations in an effort to prevent spinal damage!
